Return & Exchange Policy

Our product is hand-made and hand crafted by artisans. Hence slight variations may be found from product to product. Since each piece is made to order, we do not provide any exchange /return.

PLEASE NOTE

• All made to order garments are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. This does not affect your consumer rights.

• Pinkcity will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size.

• If your garments are damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your garments with photo evidence of the defect and we will process an exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• All returned items must be shipped to the following address using a trackable courier company, with a copy of your receipt

• The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper.

• The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return of the package.

Cancellations of orders are not permitted 24 hours after successful placement and payment of orders.
